Keevora ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Keevora, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed through Supabase Auth). We do not store passwords directly - authentication is handled via secure OAuth and magic link flows.

Product & Warranty Data

When you scan receipts or manually add products, we store product names, brands, serial numbers, purchase dates, prices, warranty durations, and receipt images. This data is stored in your personal account and is never shared with other users.

Email Account Data

If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we use OAuth 2.0 to read your emails for the sole purpose of auto-discovering receipts and warranty information. We do not store your email password. Access tokens are used transiently and can be revoked at any time from your account settings.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. This data is used solely to improve the Service and is never linked to your personal identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To extract warranty details from receipts using AI
  • To send warranty expiry reminders and claim notifications
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To communicate with you about service updates and support

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase (AWS infrastructure). All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, data is encrypted using AES-256.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Role-based access controls for all internal systems

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • With service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Supabase, Resend, Google AI), bound by strict data processing agreements

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Revoke email account connections at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential data collection
  • Close your account and delete all associated data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, product records, and warranty information are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Keevora is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
