By accessing or using Keevora (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keevora is an AI-powered warranty management platform that helps users track product warranties, scan receipts, monitor expiry dates, and file warranty claims. The Service includes web and mobile applications, AI-powered scanning, analytics dashboards, and notification systems.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

The free plan includes one free AI receipt scan and one saved warranty entry per account, with no credit card required. Additional warranty entries, expiry monitoring, claim support, and email alerts require a Pro subscription. Guests must create an account before scanning.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan (₹149/month) includes unlimited warranties, priority AI scanning, advanced analytics, full claim assistant, priority support, and API access. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Keevora, including receipts, product information, and warranty documents. By using the Service, you grant Keevora a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will never use your content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-Generated Content

Keevora uses artificial intelligence to extract information from receipts, draft claim letters, and provide warranty insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by you before use in official claims or communications.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data. You are responsible for verifying all information before filing warranty claims.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious content or content that infringes on third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Keevora are the exclusive property of Keevora. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keevora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
